I’m Helen, 20 years old, and in the midst of many beginnings. I’ve recently returned home to Pennsylvania, home of farms, manure, and the Amish, from Italy, home of pasta, pizza, and more pasta.

While in Italy I learned a lot of cool stuff about eating healthier and being happier.

As a bisexual in my first f/f relationship which is now long-distance between Pennsylvania and Colorado, I’m learning a lot along the way and experiencing new things. This blog is partially about that, partially about my life and journey to be, in general, happier.
